Basics of International Credit Management.  This course gives participants a thorough understanding of all aspects of the decisions that must be made by an international credit manager, from customer and country risk assessment to export delivery terms, export payment terms, ways of laying off risks, and collecting overdue debts.The course is designed (1) for domestic credit managers who are new to the international arena, and (2) for those entirely new to the profession of credit management.

Fundamentals of Foreign Exchange.  This course is intended for those seeking to gain a basic understanding of how FX markets work, how FX is transacted (spot, forwards, and options), and how a company can successfully manage foreign exchange risk to protect the bottom line and position itself more favorably in the global market place.
